Gustavo Donolo (Gus) began playing soccer professionally at the age of 15 and quickly rose to the top ranks of South American soccer. He played on top-rated first division teams in Brazil and Argentina and consistently one of the top scores in league and tournament play. In addition, he played for Argentina's National Indoor Team and Brazil's National Futsal and Beach Soccer Team.
Locally, Gus has served as the head coach for the Northern Regional Olympic Development Program (ODP) Boys U-19 team. He coaches two WAGS teams that are among the top teams in the country in addition to training many select and travel teams. His dedication and communication with college coaches and also in the professional leagues in South America has allowed many of his players to play at the highest levels and have the maximum exposure under his guidance. 
Gus has been in the final 4 for State Cup Championships for the last 10 years winning numerous State Cup, Regionals and National titles for both indoor (FUTSAL) and outdoor.
Most of his players are currently playing and have played in some of the top Div 1, 2 and 3 NCAA college soccer programs in the country as well as in the South American leagues and in Europe. His international contacts have also allowed many of his players to train at some of the top academies outside the US and get some international experience.
In 2012 Gus will be coaching in the Region 1 Premier League with both of his girls teams, in the national league and playing in the top ranked tournaments around the country. He will represent VA for the Regional Championships at Hershey Park with the goal to make it to Nationals.
His programs are designed to be year round so if you are a serious soccer player willing to work hard with a dream to play in college, overseas or on the National Team one day; this is the program for you.

About the National League:
The National League is an extension of the highly successful US Youth Soccer Regional Leagues (US Youth Soccer Region I Premier League, Midwest Regional League, Region III Premier League and Far West Regional League). The National League provides an avenue for teams to play in meaningful matches against top competition from across the country for continued development and opportunities for exposure at the next level. In addition to recruiting opportunities, National League teams compete for the league title and two slots to the annual US Youth Soccer National Championships.

Dave MacMillan, Played youth soccer Bethesda Walt Whitman- Varsity soccer and Semi-Pro - 1978-79 Bethesda. Coached and train girls and boys in Recreational and Travel soccer from 3/4 year olds to current College players. Holds a USSF D License. Current team accomplishments: 2016 State Cup Champions, 2016 Regional Finalist, 2016 US Youth Nationals, 2016 US Youth Sportsmanship Award, 2016 Super Y National Finalist, 2017 Eastern Development Program: Champion

Fabio Vicente, born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil has started his soccer career playing FUTSAL for different clubs in his hometown including some well known C.R. Vasco da Gama and Botafogo F.R. Outdoors he has played in the U.S. for 4 years with full scholarship for the University of the District of Columbia, being selected three times for the ALL NCAA Team and attended two NCAA play-offs with a award of best records ever achieved by the school on its soccer history, as well as played for Internacional F.C in Brazil. He has represented Brazil on the Futsal team winning several championships locally and overseas. Also has played an Indoor Pro Soccer for different teams in the PASL, MISL and IPL. Fabio was very successful coaching boys and girls teams winning divisions in the NCSL and WAGS . He has coached Flamengo's academy in the past 4 seasons in Brazil. His credentials include a Brazilian International A license, NSCAA and USSF licenses.


 Chuck King, was Head Coach of the Loudoun Hotshots from 1999–2004, and Asst. Coach of the Loudoun Hotshots under Randy May 2005–2008. Ranked Top 10 in the Nation 2008. Placed 15 players into Division 1 College Programs One National, and several State and Regional ODP players.
Was member of the Herndon High School Girls Coaching Staff 2005–2009 and Head Coach of the Loudoun Storm Select Team 2004–2006, and ODP District Evaluator for the Northern Region (VA) in 2004, 2005.
LICENSES HELD: USSF “D” Coaching License, NSCAA “Regional”, National Youth License.
IN COLLEGE: Played for Lynchburg College and holds an MBA, James Madison University.

Christina just started working with Soccer the Brazilian Way, she graduated from Virginia Military Institute (VMI), she played in the NCAA Division 1 with a full scholarship from 2008-2012, played for Match Fit Academy, all district player, played ODP and was on the New Jersey State team. She coached and mentored freshmen team members in soccer techniques in the VMI system. Chris has already started working with our WAGS travel teams and bringing her knowledge from College to our girls in a fun and dynamic atmosphere. 

 Javier Culzoni was born in Paraguay; in the US he played for University of Columbia on a full soccer scholarship, rookie of the year in 2002, NCAA play-offs with team award for the best record ever achieved in school soccer history. Working for STBW since 2003 running summer, Residential and winter Futsal camps as well as actively training and assisting travel teams on the boys and girls side for STBW.  He has played professionally in first division in El Salvador for Municipal Limeno as well as Club Tacuary FC and Club Guarani in Asuncion, Paraguay.

Rogerio Milholo, holds a Brazilian National Soccer Association Professional Coaches license (Equivalent to a US "A" license). He also holds US D license, and National Soccer Coaches Association of America licenses. He has been training for the last ten years here in the States with Tetra Brazil Soccer Academy and Soccer The Brazilian Way. He is a senior professional soccer coach, with vast experience, both in the US and abroad.

Guilherme Martins, played for DC United U-16 Squad 2007, was Virginia State Champion with Barcelona Academy VA 2009, All-County Second Team in John F. Kennedy H.S MD 2009 and Maryland All-State Player in John F. Kennedy H.S MD 2009. Won with Barcelona Academy VA: SYA Cardinal Cup, Freestate Capitol Cup, Kirkwood Soccer Club Tournament, VA State Championship. Has experience with Kids and Teens: CompenHac Futsal U9 ? 10 Brazil 2010-2012, Assistant Coach John F. Kennedy H.S Varsity 2010, Assistant Coach Montgomery Blair H.S JV 2013

Kleber Batista, was born in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil. He playe4d in the Ipiranga Soccer Club and later transferred to Brazilian First Division. Victoria Soccer Club. Currently Kleber is responsible for developing youth programs at SYSA for Soccer the Brazilian Way, besides training WAGS and NCSL teams for STBW.

Italo Mota holds the National Diploma accredited by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. He has been playing soccer since he was a child back in Brazil. He started playing for Marista Middle School, then Marista High School and also Unifor, University of Fortaleza In Brazil. In 2001 he tryed out for Ceara Futebol Club in Brazil but then he decided to keep playing at college, where he had the oportunity to know an learn from great coaches. Like all Brazilians he loves soccer and he loves sharing all he has learned with his students. Coach Italo started working for STBW in 2007 and since then he works in all events that the STBW participates during the year including the Winter and Summer and Residential Camps with some of the top travel teams in this area.

Coach Caco Buono, born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, has been a goal keeper for many professional teams in Brazil. Caco started playing soccer at the age of 5 in Santos, Sao Paulo, Brazil and grew to play for the professional teams of Portuguese Athletic Association, Vasco da Gama in Rio, Ilha Porchat Club in Brazil and also trained youth players to bring them to the highest level in competition in Brazil. Caco is a seasoned coach with over 8 years of youth coaching experience. He has coached both boys and girls travel teams in NCSL and WAGS. He is also responsible for the goal keeper development for teams trained by Soccer the Brazilian Way including the top ranked U.S teams coached by Gus Donolo. Caco is the current head coach for Annandale United FC Girls U10 team who saw a nearly undefeated 2013-2014 season.

Bashir Hooper, is a local to the D.C. area and has a a lot of soccer and athletic experience. Bashir has played for a total of 17 years at the top level with the D.C. United Academy representing all age groups in the development academy as well as playing for brief periods in Portugal and Spain. Bashir has coached soccer for 5 years and has a technical and skills oriented philosophy with regard to training ping talent. He went on to further his playing career in college at George Mason Univeristy. Bashir is also a personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. In his career he has been coached by elite American soccer icons, Eddie Pope, Jaime Moreno and more. Bashir is also a professional soccer freestyler and has done numerous performances.
